For Porsche PCM 4 unit, the SD card slot is hidden under the unit’s Porsche logo cover, as shown in the photo below:
Once you open it (lift up), you will see the SD card slots and be able to insert your SD card to your Porsche/Cayenne/Macan/911/Cayman:
